UNI is supporting an innovative quality improvement programme across nursing homes in Manchester. The programme aims to create a replicable approach to facilitate multidisciplinary teams to provide nursing home residents with the right care at the right time.  Two waves of work will engage local staff, residents, their families and wider stakeholders. The programme is led by Manchester Community Health, with support from UNI and has received funding from the Health Foundation through the SHINE Awards.  The SHINE awards enable successful organisations to test innovative interventions that deliver high quality care.
