Job Opportunities – Senior Administrator

35 hrs per week

Salary £20,000 plus benefits

We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Administrator to join Unique Improvements and provide support across a diverse range of work streams and projects. Experience of providing administrator support at director level is essential along with experience of working in the NHS, the Council or the Voluntary and Community sector.This person should be a self-starter and once trained, be able to work with minimal supervision, organising and prioritising their own workload.

The work areas of this roll will fall into two parts:

1. Half of the role will be to provide administrative support to the Quality and Innovation Hub team, within Unique Improvements. This Hub is part of the Greater Manchester Cancer Screening and Engagement Programme. The Hub team is employed by Unique Improvements as part of it’s work within the Greater Manchester Cancer Screening and Engagement Programme.

2. The remainder of your time will be providing administrative support for a diverse group of projects within Unique Improvements. This will change depending on the changing portfolio of work Unique Improvements has been commissioned to support. This may include taking enquiries, managing weekly diaries and schedules, producing correspondence and reports, maintaining a stock control system along with managing small budgets for venues and meetings and occasional staff supervision.
